I am so excited for Chirstmas now!! I can't believe it's SNOWING! It's going to be so much fun when I go sledding after Chirstmas if it snows MORE!! So here is one of my all time favorite Chirstmas songs!

Twilight Movie....AGGHHH!!..NEVER

Oh my gosh they are going to make a movie out of Twilight! Its the most horriable -est idea in the WORLD! Why make a movie out of a wonderful book. When they'll ruin it and delete or add most of the book. I hate the whole idea. Why can't they just leave the book only and forget about

the movie. This movie will be released around December 12, 2008.

They will really mess up the whole point of the book. People wouldn't be getting the full action in just four hours. They'll forget important details and delete alot of the action. I'm going on a strike!!!

Why put an image on Edward; plus Robert Pattinson from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire HAS already been casted and will be Edward!! He isn't very attractive to be honest in my taste. He looks to serious and every one has a different Edward in their imagination of in real life.

Isabella Swan (Bella) is going to be played by Kristen Stewart. I think she would be a good actress for that role, but I still don't believe they should make a movie out of.

Still I strongly disagree with the making of this movie. Who ever thought of the making of the movie should be cast away to a deserted island! And when the movie comes out I AM NOT GOING TO SEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! To show my disapproval, but then who does care about my opinion.

Swimming... peer pressure... okay kids!!

18 days, 3 hours, and 35 minutes till Chirstmas!!!!!!!
I'm so happy that it snowed on Saturday!! So on I woke up at 5 am to go to the High School's District Swim meet. I was snowing so much I wanted to go inside and hide under my covers. But once I go inside Surf N Swim It was all toasty and warm. The team setup the pool and did warmup and stretches together. We helped out other swimmers out of the pool and the meet began. In this meet I wasn't in any relays and only had two events which was good since I wasn't really in the mood to swim alot. To make the blog shorter I will cut out most of the day at Surf N Swim. I think I did fairly well in my two events and had lots of fun running around the deck cheering and singing to make people happy. In the end Layton Girls WON!! (of course, to bad the boys on the layton team aren't faster) but thats okay. GIRLS WON!!! So in honor of girls winning the District we pushed our coaches in the pool with their regular clothes on!! It was hillarous or however you spell that. After the coaches being pushed into the pool. The Layton Team did a speedo run, along with UTBreastroker. And for those who don't know what a speedo run is well its people running around in their swim suits in the SNOW!! It was freezing outside. I guess I gave into peer pressure and should go see Ms. Dickson about it. Or just maybe not ...

**Twilight**

Oh my Gosh! I just finished reading Twilght. I just love it!! I read it in just only TWO DAYS!!!! I don't know why I hadn't read the book earlier. It just looked so boring. But then again I've been told many times not to judge a book my its cover. My, should I have really clueless. I can't wait till I start reading the next one. But first I have to finish reading Dandelion Wine. That book confuses my so much. To many similes, metaphores, basically tooo poetic.

Going along with not judging a book by its cover. The publishing company should really have thought of a better cover. How does an apple in the palms of someones reallly really white arms go with the book? Even though I haven't read the rest of the books the red ribbion on Elicipes doesn't look like a book I would normally read. But then again remeber- "Don't judge a book by its cover". I wonder who came up with that quote. They must have been really smart to say that!

I really hope they don't make a movie on Twilight. I would honestly go on a strike. They'd be putting a face on Edward. Which is horriable. Since Edward could so many different ways, depending on the girl. I'm not really sure I would picture Edward but I would totally date someone with most of his qualities. But then Edward doesn't go to church, so then however I will marry would have to go to church and have most of Edward's qualities. But still I wonder who came up the "Don't judge a book my its cover". Well till next week!

An Up-Lifting Poem

Footprints in the Sand One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.

Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.

In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.

Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only.

This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life,

when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints,

so I said to the Lord, “You promised me Lord, that if I followed you, you would walk with me always.

But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand.

Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?”

My Week with 500 words

Throughout this week I noticed that my life is boring. That I should hang out with friends more often and do this different everyday. Notice the simply nice things people do and just have fun. Okay so Monday was boring this week I went to swim practice, did homework, and went to bed. Nothing really exciting. Tuesday I went to school of course, a swim meet, Panda Express after the swim meet and did homework. On Wensday was the Honors English Party which I didn't go to because I went to swim practice. Later that night I had a service young womens activity. In which we collected canned food for a family in need in the ward. It was frezzing! and really dark even if it was just 6:45 at that time. On thursday I went swimming AGAIN and did homework and went to bed. On Friday I went to school and bought new googles for a swim meet on Saturday. I went to swimming saw Panda Girl and we played in the waves and tired to flip my sister out of her tube. I didn't have a tube so I just went around scaring people underwater. On Saturday I had a swim meet. From the very beggining on my first event my life went crashing down that morining. On my 200IM I forgot and flipped over on my front when I was supposed to touch the wall on my back! I was DQ. Not like Dairy Queen, but Disquilfied. LAME. so then I did my 200 free and again lame! I didn't really reach my full potientional. LAME! and then on my 100 free again LAME and my 50free LAME and really crumby start. and them after the meet was finally over I didn't like swimming any more I was going to quit. But then I found out my sister had made state cuts on two of four of her events which made be really happy so I started to cry in I good way. I was so happy even If I was mad at myself for doing so bad. Later after we went home we went out to eat and later that night I went to the Regional dance with Marina and danced alot. I met a whole bunch of people and really had fun despite the fact that I hadn't done really good for the rest of the day. and in my opionon there should be a dance every week! that would be so much fun!!! and I can't wait till next months dance. or March for State!!

These last few past weeks

These past few weeks having been going by fast and pretty good. Halloween was a blast! I went trick-or-treating to lots of houses with the King's and the Held's. I met up with Laura on the street and just followed each other to which ever house had the lights on. Laura didn't dress up because her mother wouldn't let her be Elvis. So as I did dress up, I got alot of attention from little girls. And suprisingly alot more than what I wanted from a little kid named Moses. There was also tons of old ladies who had forgotten it was Halloween. I went to Mr. Thompsons house too! Not even knowing. He gave out good candy too! Once I got home from an hour of trick-or-treating I counted my candy and did invetory of the candy I had recieved from almost total strangers. It turns out that this year instead of people buying gum, gummies, and hard candy. About eighty percent of the people gave out chocolate. Which is good, but I'm kind of sick of chocolate now. Also besides just Halloween theirs been many swim meets. The swim season has been going by really fast. There is a total of fourteen and next week we'll have are sixth meet. Yesterday was the Region Relay Meet. It was really fun. I only swam in three events so in my spare time I cheered random people from the team. I was trying to lose my voice on purpose, so instead of cheering I was basically screaming at people in the water to go faster. In the middle of the meet I would be talking to people and my voice would be hoarse and then it would go back to normal. It started to bug me that I just gave up on losing my voice and didn't cheer till the end of the meet. Where there was the last three fun events. I was in the kickboard relay and was the only one that didn't know how to switch with the other people once reaching the wall. Since I was the only ninth grader. So we ended up in second and watched the tube relay, which was real interesting to watch since it was the only event none of the other schools knew how to do. So Layton being better, we won by alot. In the end the last final event was really competitive. I'm not sure who won for sure but it was really close. Well I think it's been five hundred words, so till next time.

Halloween!!!!!!!!

Halloween!!!!!!!!! Its just so fun. Dressing up. The Decorations. Getting Scared for fun. Going door to door for free candy. Chanting "Trick or Treat!" to every door. Just being excited about dressing up and pretending to be someone else for part of the night. This year I'm going as Snow White. Even though I love Ariel. I wasn't sure what to dress up as this year. I first I thought of Ariel but I wouldn't be caught dead in a clam bra and a tail in public or even my room as a matter. So I went with Snow White because in the years past I've already dressed as Auroa and Cinderella. And Jasmine isn't really a princess I would dress up as either. So Snow White is the only left. I also love carving pumkins. This year my family was going to go to a farm and pick out two pumkins but with our busy schudules it wasn't possibly this year. Instead my mom bought the minuture pumkins and had us draw on them. I don't know if I'm going to go with my friends this year trick or treating or with my family. Almost all my friends think its way better just to go and buy a bage of candy. Which in my opionon is really LAME! I mean why wouldn't you want to go trick or treating. So what if its cold. Its the memories of running to strangers doors and getting candy for free. Not dressing up and watching a scaring moive. Why not do both? I mean This year Halloween is on a wensday and just when everyone thinks swimming isn't going to be involed in this blog it is. I have swim practice on wensday and its MANDITORY. Plus theres a swim meet the day after. So that means I have to go to sleep early and cut time for homework and trick or treating. So this year I have come up with a wonderful plan to get almost every neighborhood and my wards trunk or treat. First I'll have every thing ready for school and halloween and swimming the night before. I'll put my swimming stuff in the van and go to school. And have the halloween costume set out for when I come home from swimming. After school I'll eat really fast, go swimming. Get out early and shower and eat again. Then I'll set out to the trunk or treat at my ward and after go trick or treating around the chapel. Go in the car and trick or treat again and again and do homework and eat candy and candy and go to bed.

As Most Can Asume SWIMMING

As most of you can asume me topic will be on swimming AGAIN. So if you don't want to hear about swimming stop now! I am on the Layton High swim team and yesterday was are first real meet. Since the High School gets out really early I got to check out since the bus would leave at two o'clock. Once boarded on the bus my friends and I opened the windows even if it was freezing outside just to feel the cold breeze through our hair. After a while you decided to play sweet and sour. In which you wave and people in the passing cars and if they wave their sweet and if not sour. At the begging I was on the side that didn't have a car lane and my friends did. On day this really fat old guy was in a truck passing the bus and when we waved are hands virguously back and forth, this old guy just sticks his finger up his nose. IT WAS SOOO GROSS!This game went on till we finally arrived at Orem. Once we passed the sign that said welcome to Orem the bus went silent with a nervous chill through out the air in the bus. Once out of the bus and entering the receration center there it was so pretty. They had bicyles and treadmills and a whole bunch of stuff with tv's and with halloween music in the air. Once in the womens dressing rooms it was HUGE there was like ten showers WITH curtains, rows and rows of lockers and plenty of dressing rooms and mirrors. Now the best part was the pool. It was huge like the locker room and had starting blocks and so many more cool things. At that moment before the meet started I found out what events I would participate in. I would be swimming two two hundred relays and fifty and one hundred yards. All free style!! I was so releaved. I wouldn't have to swim any other strokes. Not that I'm bad at them just that I prefer free style more. Well any ways the first relay was pretty good. I was the anchor which meant I would be going last out of the four. And after I just cheered for anyone even I didn't really know them that well. Then came event seven, heat 3. I would be swimming a fifty freestyle. I wasn't really nervous but I could tell that many other girls that where in my heat older and buffer were. I once I heard the anoucer say take your mark. I forgot why I wasn't nervous and just focused on what I had to do to be the best. And then came the beep that terrors most swimmers. I leaped into the water and remembered not to breath till I had a least done five strokes. And thats when I was ahead of everyone else. Usaully at swim meets I can see the figure of someone else in front of me but not this time surprizenly! I was in the lead and could see my team mates moving the mouths but hear nothing. Once I saw I was half way across the pool I got a sense of joy rushing through me and touched the pat. And when I came up to grasp for air I saw no one at the wall! but me and could now hear my couches yelling and cheering with my team mates. After that I was out of breath and still cheered and streamed for people to swim faster. Then the time rose again that I would be swimming a hundred yards. This time when I heard the beep I leaped as the first time and felt the cold water circling around every part of me. At some moment when I thought I had been DQ'd for the start I swam even faster with a desire that I had never had to touch the wall. And as I passed the walls I slammed the pad and ended up being first in my heat and with the time of one minute and 13. something seconds. My the end of the meet I basically almost lost my vioce for cheering and yelling so loud. Once on the bus again we got to see the results. In the fifty yrds. I got 33seconds and came in ninth in my event. In the hundred yrds. I was so amazed with my self. I came in fourth in that event. I would have been thrid only by three seconds. And I felt pretty good the rest of the night including that I had been the youngest out of the all the girls who had swam that event. BUSY,BUSY, BUSY!!

Today was porbably one of the busiest days of my life. I got checked out so I would be early for the practice swim meet. (i can't stand being late) Once there I warmed-up, streched and talked to radom people on the team, so then maybe I would get to know everyone better. I swam 50 yrds. in 32 sec. which is really good for me since I basically haven't swam for a month and six weeks before that. Then I swam the 100 yrds. and did the best in that. I was swimming againist every at least two yrs. older than me and came in second out of seven. I would of been first but I didn't really do my last flip-turn fast enough. Finally I swam 50 yrds. of butterfly and got 42 sec. on that. I DID A REALLY BAD START ON THAT ONE!! and just a few minutes a go I slipped down the stairs on the first step. this has happened to me before but last time I made a hole in the wall with my elbow. and to this day the hole is still uncovered with some sort of material. I was supposed to fix it a few months a go but didn't. so toodles now, Swim Chick

Practice Swim Meet!!!

I am so excited but nervous at the SAME time! Tomorrow at swimming we are going to have a practice meet. I don't even know what I'm swimming!! It better not be breast storke cuz that's would be horrific. Well who knows if I'll do good, I hope I'll do good. I'll tell you all about tomorrow!!

Swimming

Most would wonder why I like swimming so much, if they don't know me very well. So I'll explain it. I started swimming in sixth grade when I lived in Magna.( really old place where the Kennocott Copper mine is located.) Well that little town is haunted!!! Any ways back to swimming! Since sixth grade I've loved it (for the most part) I've been able to make new friends and express my stress on the water instead of actually hurting someone. So thats the most part of it. Since I moved here in the middle of seventh grade, I felt I didn't belong anywhere. So my mom sugguested I start swimmng here after winter was over. So I did. For a while I didn't really talk to anyone I would listen to the coach and do whatever I was told. That went on till the middle of the summer were I met Panda Girl and at first I thought I had seen her before. So taking a chance since I was so anti-social I started to talking to her and we soon became friends that summer. Now that it has been two years me and Panda Girl still talk only that I bug her about not doing the Layton Swim Team when SHE PROMISED that she would do it with me.
So now I am all alone with Annie, Shelly, "M" and others that go to high school and don't really know what I'm talking about most of the time. So now I talk to Blue Cheese on occasions and Jared and Teane and Ryanon Jk And now I'm so exciting! I can't wait till you get our jackets! They won't be potty colored!!!LOL (no offense, Layton is just better!!) Sorry Blue Cheese

500 words

I thought this whole week I had five hundred words and I was wrong!!! so now i writing five hundred words. I am very tired. These past few weeks have flown by so fast I don't rembemer what I did thurday! Or what I had for breakfast last wendsday! I hope you all have enjoyed coming to my blog and looking at sparkly ariel! its really late. I am tired. school tomorrow should me boring as always. I'm starting to think being home schooled would be fun. I like donuts. That sounds really really good right now. Everyone at my house is a sleep right now. I wonder what I am wearing to school tomorrow? Ice Cream is really good too! are braces painful? I've never had them before. Is it hard to eat with braces? what about a retainer? I've never had one either. Today I was working on my science term project. I am almost done and need to write the report. I like pasta and had some for dinner yesterday and today. some toasted bread with pesto and tomatoes, eggplant, and some spaush sounds really goood too! excuse me for my typing skills right now they are not bery good right now. Once again I am very tired and want to go to sleep. so good night. and thank you for readying my blog today. or tonight or after noon. see you at schoool tomorrow! maybe it wought be boring. Cinco De Mayo!!!!

Today I went to swimming and on my way to practice my dad called me and said we we're going out to eat for dinner. Which we hardly ever ever do. So I agreed and my mom came to pick me up at swimming half an hour before and I got ready to go out. We went to a Chinise Restaurant and I ate lots and lots and lots of sushie. and a whole bunch of pink stuff. Before we left my dad paid the bill and we each recieved a fortune cookie. My brother now can read and read his aloud. "You are being watched my a secret admirer." Instead of pronoucing admirer- [ad-mahyuhr] he said Centet de mayo-er. and after the moment we got into the car I thought a bit more of what he said and I burst out laughing on the way home. So if you have cinco de mayo-er good for you! Or if your sinco de mayo-er already nows great for you too! and as for me I just haven't met my cinco de mayo yet!

Geometery

GEOMETERY I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! I must be really dumb I just don't understand it at ALL!!!! I'm probably going to fail that class. Its so confusing. I don't know how people enjoy that class at all. I've decided, I'm going to fail. Flat out fail. But wait I can't fail. Then I won't be able to swim!!!! AAGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! Geometery is dumb. I need help!

Saturday... Saturday... Saturday is my favorite day!!

Today like most Saturdays' I stay home do homework, watch tv, go shopping if I didn't go Friday and just hang around family and friends. Right now, not like the past saturdays' of this year its snowing and my brother is annoying me that he wants to build an igloo. He's seven and annoying just so you know because I'll be talking about him alot. And if you look out your window right now like NOW its more like the snow melting the minute it touches the ground. I think it should stop snowing till thanksgiving, so you can enjoy fall not winter right after summer. and with that fact now since the dramatic weather change I have a bery very stuffy nose.And now I shall go blow it with pink flowerly smelling tissue paper. Hobbies

I like to draw, sing in the shower and swim. I don't have a sing talent but I think to annoy people by singing any ways. I am on the city team and this year I'm doing the high school team. I also love to talk even if sometimes I don't talk around people I don't really know. I also love buying flip-flops. This year I bought nine new pairs! I also like to eat candy. Its just so... GREAT! This year I can't wait till Halloween. AND YES!! I'M GOING TRICK OR TREATING. I am was going to be Ariel but then it would be to cold. So now I'am going to be Snow White.

The Princess Academy

Has anyone ever read the The Princess Academy will its way good. Its about a girl named Miri (some flower that grows in the mt.) and that wants to belong somewhere and becomes friends with Brita in an academy. Where all the girls from the territory which they live in has been chosen to be the place the next prince's wife will be from. At the academy Miri finds herself being one of the smartest in her class. She wins and the princess academy award with a beutiful dress. The night of the dance Brita has a terrible stomach ache and is in able to attend the dance and charm the prince. Miri dances with the prince and finds out that the prince enjoys her company to. And I won't tell you the end just because that would take me forever and I already fast forwarded most of the story. So in that cause you should read The Princess Academy!

The Greatest Summer EVER!!

This summer I went to Mexico for the third time. It was amazing. I left to mexico on June 19 and was there for six weeks. Which means I basicaly missed six swim meets. While I was in Mexico I went to Acapulco. Which was really really really HOT!! It was so hot that the whole entire five days that I was there I didn't have in zits because I was sweating so much. In Acapulco I went to the beach and got a great tan. And on the same day I went to Cici which is a huge swim park like Lagoon but only way better. Now that just wasn't a great tan by the end of the day, it was a big burning sun burn. In the end my mom was the one with the greatest sunburn even when she was telling us to get out of the sun. When she was just sitting under a hut watching us play. After we went a bus back to my grandma's house. And thats when a learned how to NOT sew a cloth napkin to a sofa cushion. A few days later we were really bored so we decided we would go to the plaza in Tepoztlan. Which is half and hour drive up a valley. The valley was filled with huge trees and birds. My mom. sister, brother and me of course then thought that we should walk up the mountain and up the pryamid. So we did and it took us four hours to get up and down from the mountain. It was really high so it got cold. And on the way down the pryamid we saw racoon/monkey looking things chasing people with food. Later on I went to Peubla which is a real old city that has a safri zoo. Were they let kangaroos, lions, and girffas run free while you watch from a bus. We stayed in a really nice hotel and I had pizza for the very first time in a month. My family was going to go but the bus had already left and we had already bought the bus tickets. We went on a first class bus and I sat by this really annoying kid who wouldn't let me go to sleep. And no it wasn't my little brother. And then it came down to the last two weeks of our vacation. So I had to do all my last minute shoe shopping along with eating anything I didn't usally eat. Before the first week was over I nagged by mom so that we would go out and eat and buy stuff with the money I hadn't spent yet. In the mean time while my mom got ready to go out I started watching this really old movie about little red ridinghood and how all the evil villians from other movies wanted to kill her. (including Frankinstin!) In that time the movie got really funny because you could tell that the costumes were really cheap but still I was enjoying it till be dad who was supposably here in my house we calls from the walkie talkie and says to open the door. And an hour or two earlier he said he would call when he got home.(my dad is a owner of a trucking company and goes the many other states.) So my sister goes and opens the fornt door and just walks away not noticing my dad was hiding on the other side of the door. So he grabs my sister and picks her up in the air. And the common thing anyone would do is start screaming when you don't know who is picking you up. And then came this long, loud laugh. Once I heard it I knew who it was. So we had ten days to go till our vacation was over so we took the most of it. We went to Taxco with my dad the next day right away. We took two buses to get there and two back, all first class! (where they give you cookies and a juice!!!:)) We went to the plaza for eight straight hours just walking arounding around looking at everyone and everything. There was so much jewelery it was like heaven. And then in the plaza I bought this HUGE cup of ice cream. After that it took me awhile to finish the ice cream so I just looked around at everything. By the time in this point of the summer I looked and talked like all the people in Mexico. I over heard a group of british girls (our age) talking in english. They were complaining on how nobody from Mexico would talk to them unless they wanted them to buy something from them. So I decided that I would talk to them. The minute after I introduced myself they gave me the nastiest est look!!! I was just trying to be friendly I said really loud to my self and then they gave me a nastier look! I was speaking english to them at that piont. So then I went and bought some more ice cream and spent more of my money on jewelery. The next morning it was my moms' forty-two year birthday, so we left the hotel early and arrived at my grandparents house around noon. To find the house locked and no one home. Now my grandparents never go anywhere enless it very important. Once they got back after an hour we helped prepare for my mom's not so secret birthday party. At night we had cake, ice cream, tostadas and a whole bunch of great food. When the cake had candles on it and my mom had blown them all my dad and grandpa pushed my mom's face right into the cake. I had the camera at that time and took three beatiful pictures my mom doesn't know were taken with cake all over her face. And then surely but slowy came the day that we had to leave. It was sad leaving all my cousins behind and grandparents. But I know I'll see them soon some day!

This Month so far

School is fun now that its started. I get to see my friends and talk and thats main the reason I go to school. Oh and the fact that its a law. I'm taking honors english because my parents thought I should do it, and that my friends are doing it with me. I just recrently went to a friends birthday party. It was blast! We got to go rock climbing (which I found out isn't my thing) laser tag and after that eat pizza, cake, and ice cream. The almost best foods ever combined into a meal. In laser tag my friend (the birthday girl) tied for last when are cheer friend got first, her lover second and our spaz friend 3rd. But ever since I kind of slapped her lover on the arm VERY hard she just doesn't invite me anywhere because he goes every where with her. So I am very sorry if I hurt him and made him exploded.
