Smiley / Blushing

A week had gone by and Melody somehow had gotten the hint that Olivia didn't want to talk about Boston. Olivia some way or the other had been back to her normal self again. She had seen Boston in the halls plenty of times now and wasn't really concerend if he liked for like others said. Olivia just wanted a response from him saying whether the rumors were true.

Over the week she kept seeing Dallas in the halls and usaully bumping into him over and over again. After they would bump into each other they both would say sorry and an akward silience would fall upon them. Olivia kept trying to avoid such but it would always end up that both would just kinda sigh and smile and each other. Soon enough people heard and started teasing Olivia.

"I bet you like him" yelled Daniel down the lunch table. Right at that moment Dallas appeared out of thin air. "How likes who," Dallas questioned. "Oh you haven't heard have you," teased Daniel. "I'm pretty sure Olivia would tell you if she weren't blushing, at this very moment" Right then Olivia felt a surge of blood go to her face. "Whats going on" Dallas said. "Its nothing...really" answered Olivia afraid her voice would crack when she spoke. It did. Now her face was even brighter. After a few moments Dallas noticed her bright face and just gave a hearty laugh. In a few seconds Olivia looked up and noticed he had walked away. Still blushing the lunch bell rang.

Right then Olivia shot up from the table followed by Jewel. Well walking to Olivia's locker Jewel gave her a heads up of Boston walking down the hall. "Target Alert...Target Alert...TARGET ALERT!!" "He's coming quick give a smile" yelled half whispered Jewel. "Oh..He's stalling, maybe he wants to talk to you or something" "Target approching" "Just smile it won't hurt you" said Jewel. "No then he'll just glare at me, come on after so long you still think he likes me" said Olivia. Then terror ran down Olivia's spine. A cold breeze. She didn't even want to look up while heading towards him.

Eventually the clutz in Olivia popped up again. While trying to avioded Boston she ended up ramming into Fern and stepping on the bottom of her jeans. A loud CREEEEP sound came from the bottom of Olivia's foot. To such a small event made Boston look straight into her deep brown eyes. They held each others gaze for what a moment. Not really knowing what to do they both started walking they ways again. "What a moment, back there...maybe he does like me" thought Olivia. Not wanting to get caught up in the moment she ran to class before the bell rang.

Smiley Part: 2

Olivia was skipping and smiling down the halls before school started. She was just so happy for no reason at all. Nothing great had happened that morning or last night but Olivia was happy.
She had sent a text the night before telling Boston she was sorry if she had been to pushy but she had really wanted to do the project early. Boston hadn't said anything back in the text. Or anything the past few days of thier encounters. So Olivia didn't know what was wrong with her.

"Hey!" yelled Daniel from across the hall. "Hi..." Olivia smilied back. Daniel had been a great friend that past year. He wasn't like all the other boys in the school, so Olivia walked around with him before school started. Not really caring where they went, just exploring the hallways before school they started going towards the band room. Once headed towards the band room the smile streamed down her face. Hadn't Daniel known about Boston. Well not trying to make a big scene Olivia walked forward with heavy steps. Then Lola walked out of the band room and Daniel stopped right to the side of the doorway. Olivia not wanting to leave and look akward stood in by the doorway. Just when she felt a chilling shiver down her spine. She looked into the doorway and Boston was glaring at her again. Looking away from his face she noticed he wasn't playing his usual insturment. It looked like a guitar or a bass. Not so sure what it was she hurried to class forgetting about her friends behind her.

Father into the day, Olivia had orchestra in that class was Dallas who had been so kind to replace Boston for her science term project partner. He hadn't even asked what was the reason she had randomly picked him. The truth was Olivia thought to herself..."why did I pick him?" That thought stuck to her all day long. They had done so great on their project that they kinda became friends along the way. When walking into the classroom she ran into Dallas. "Oh... sorry" Olivia said. She was a natural cluts, she was sure he would understand. "Oh.. No its okay, are you okay?" "Couldn't be better!" and at that moment a smile spread across Olivia's face. When walking towards her seat she thought why she was so smiley today! Now Dallas was going to think she was in love with him. "How much more embrassing could this day get?" First, Boston in the band room, now Dallas, what could be next?"

Two days later....

It was Foriegn Language week at school again. They did it every year. French and Spanish III would perform plays for the school that week. Olivia wasn't too excited about it. Sure it would be fun to go see them, but who knows if her teachers had signed up to go see. Well as the end of the day drew closer. Olivia noticed she was smiley again! Nothing had happened in the two days. Sure she tripped and ran into more people but she hadn't heard from Boston. And everytime Melody was around she would always bring up Boston in the conversation. She would start with "Boston said this... He's so funny!... Look at what he did to my arm... I have blah blah blah classes with Boston" Is that ALL she could say when she was wondering if they were still mad at each other. The whole reason they were mad at each other was completely pointless. And when she would try to figure out if Boston was still mad at her. Melody would just stare off in space or just leave whatever she was doing and walk away! What was wrong with her. She didn't walk away when Melody brought Boston into one of their conversations. Whatever it was so was going to get to the bottom of it!

Tingling Motion Part:1

It was after school, Olivia and Melody were walking towards the choir room. Melody had to give her friend her Jess some cough drops so she'd be able to sing. Olivia figuring it would only take Melody just a few minutes to find her friend, walked down the hallway with her. Not wanting to disturb the class after school Olivia waited by the doorway. After a few minutes Melody had taken a while to find Jess in the class. When Olivia felt tingling down her back. Not knowing what it was Olivia turned around. There she met eye to eye with Boston.

During the past month Olivia had tried to aviod Boston as much as possible. They were going to do a science project together. When Olivia had tried to arrange a day to start the project Boston always left her with an undecided response. Usually it would be, "Just whenever you want", or "Well talk about it later" or sometimes he would just walk away when the subject came up in their conversations. So for a month Olivia decided it would be best to just ignore the subject and do the project with someone else. Once Olivia turned and saw Boston she held his gaze for just a moment and quickly turned around and walked into the the choir room. "What had just happened make there?" Olivia thought to herself. Not knowing what to do she found Melody and they quickly left the school that day.

The next day Olivia was determined to forget about what had happened the day before. But before she knew it she felt another tingling motion down her spine while walking down the hall alone to 6th period. But before she could turn around there was Boston right in front of her. Not wanting to meet his eyes, Olivia scurred to class that was thankfully just a door down from where she stood. Later that day, once school had ended walking down the hall Olivia felt a cold shiver, not wanting to face Boston or whoever it was Olivia quickly walked to her locker in silience.

Now this can be a true story or fake but I'll let you decided for yourself. I'm pretty positive that I'll be writing more of this story. So for now please help me think of an ending for this story.

Epitaphs

So in Mr. Thompson English class we were reading the book Spoon River. I liked learning about all the dead peoples storys in peoms. So he made us to a project for him writing epitaphs for two characters from a moive or book. I choose "A Walk To Remember." So I picked Jamie and Landon. Here are their epitaphs.

Jamie Sullivan: 1940-1958

Devoting my life for the sake of others,
Being sweet as sugar to those around me,
Is that all they saw in me?
Hiding my dear heavy heart behind books and intelligence.
Lifting my hands up every day,
Being gentle as a rose petal,
Is that all they saw in me?
Till finally opened my heart to the least unexpected.
When with him I was a princess dancing in the moonlight with my Prince Charming,
Not only did time stop in its track with him,
But my fears seemed to float away.
Most would say we were love-struck teenagers,
But it was more than that,
More than anyone would ever understand.

Landon Carter 1940-2003
She was a delicate as a premature baby,
She cared for deeper than a ocean trench,
Taught be to believe I could to anything,
That anything was possible,
All but her health.
There was a whole new me,
-another side I'd never felt nor seen,
That summer seemed to last forever,
But ended so soon.
Living life withoust any regrets,
Knowing her work was done,
Me beingher miracle,
Vowing to never remove my ring.
Watching the memory of her gliding towords me,
It was certainly a walk to remember.

Saving a Life

Just recently I saved my sisters life. She was eating a sandwhich and starting choking. Since she's always joking around I just thought she was trying to be funny. Till she starting turning blue. Now thats not something people can do on purpose. So then a flash back came to me from 8th grade in Ms. Dicksons health class. Well, who thought that class would be useful?? Certainly not ME! ha. So after performing the Heimlich Maneauver I started to wonder (like always) were did the Heimlich Maneauver come from. So I did some research.

The Heimlich Maneauver was invited by Henry Hiemlich in 1974. He also credited for the use of maleria to help improve HIV. So thanks to this man I write this blog. And am very tired so good night.
